We have public liability insurance and all of our equipment is annually PAT tested.
We are happy to supply certificates for your booking.
We are based in Sandy Bedfordshire, but happy to travel,
A 20mile radius of us is free, so will cover -
and villages in between
We do ask for a small charge of 45p per mile after that.
DJ Hire/Photography
We ask for a £100 (non refundable) booking Fee to be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking form.
The remaining balance is to be paid on or prior to the event.
Light up Letters & Numbers
We ask for holding deposit from £50 (depending on number of letters/numbers) to be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking form, which will be returned once they have been collected and inspected the following day. - Any damages will be taken from that deposit.
Full payment is to be made on or prior to the delivery day.
If you need to cancel your booking, please note that the non-refundable deposit is not eligible for a return. However, if you would like to postpone your event, we will make every effort to accommodate an alternative date for you at no additional cost.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the booking, a full refund will be provided, and we will strive to source an alternative supplier. Fortunately, we have multiple DJs available, so you need not worry.
for a full DJ set ,we ask for 1 hour although weare usually quicker.
Children's parties it is possible to set up in 30mins.
Please also allow a minimum of 30mins to pack up.
Absolutely! Playlists are a great way of giving us an indication of your favourite Genres and artists. We recommend 20-30 tracks, as this gives us flexibility to incorporate guests requests and keep the function balanced.
We are happy to play special mixes but would require a digital copy before the event.
We are unable to play CDs on the event day.
